I remember staring at the grown-ups dancing and singing passionately at every feast and most Sundays.
Every chance we got, gatherings of friends and family, all sat together at the same table.
While some were eating, others were playing musical instruments (lyra, lute and mandolin) and we all collectively were dancing and singing.
The wine was flowing abundantly… the raki kept emptying… and us kids were impatient to grow up, eager to take their place and do it like them!

During this excursion, we’ll visit a traditional village, just a few kilometers outside Rethymnon. After some cretan welcoming stories, a delightful celebration in the village’s local tavern will occur with live Cretan music and show.
The feast will take place, all while admiring dancers in their local folk costumes,and enjoying a complete meal with unlimited wine. Be a protagonist in Cretan culture… and do it like a local!.

Yes, we provide liability insurance for transportation by bus.
The driver and our operations office will attempt to contact you by phone. However, the bus can only wait 5–10 minutes, depending on the available stopping time at the meeting point. We strongly recommend arriving at least 5 minutes before the time indicated on your voucher.
